Job Security

I am here for straight up career advice. I have a government job which is extremely low paying and daftari kind of but it has promotion perks in the near future. Lets say my pay will be 27k in the next 1. 5 years and 45k in 4 years. Meanwhile I have also completed my Masters in Physics from a top uni with a really good CGPA of 8.0. Should I opt for NET/PhD or continue doing my job? My basic need/goal in life is to be able to have a work life balance and keep working till my body can handle lets say my 50s. Knowing the oversaturated phd market in india and abroad would you suggest me to quit my job even if it has low job satisfaction and  and low pay (for now) ? 

Adulting

2 weeks ago I resigned from my job. I could not take the mental, emotional and physical stress that I experienced. I sent a resignation letter that was effective immediately. However, just today, I checked my email and found out that the company sent me an email days after I sent my resignation letter stating that I was tagged as AWOL and needs to send them an explanation. I am beyond disappointed.

Hiii.... I'm really confused right now...Should I pursue CS further I have given cs executive test twice and failed the both times.. I'm doing a full time job to bear the expenses.. I tried all my best still result is not fruitful..I have done bcom so I'm thinking about to go for PG Course but the confusion is Should I do only PG or should take cs along but I have a full time job too and job just helps me to survive I don't know will I be able to bear PG degree fees and charges..... I'm really confused

Hi guys 
IAM jobless currently because my parents don't want me to work but I want to so the problem is before I worked in sales domain and after having a clear eye about it I don't want to get into that domain .now everyday I open utube watch some video regarding part-time job .but IAM clueless to figure out what to do which domain to pick ?? I did my engineering and then joined sales and now IAM looking for something new ?can any one help me ?

Confusion

I hate my boss so much. I am trapped in this work because I signed a contract that only lets me go at 2027 or else I have to pay a huge sum of money. I dont have the strength to fight this out in court and at the same time, I have to accept that it may be better to just bite my teeth and tough it out but the boss is such a bastard. He is a fucking narcissist of the highest order. Everything needs to be a praise towards him and he gets so mad and insecure if we dont do it that he mentally abuses us so much. I wish I could leave or find a better job and life. I have taken to watching a lot of porn to forget this situation and thats another rabbit hole...

God please save me.
