Read books or comics. Listen to music. You can try other things too, but these work the best. You don’t have to read self help books, just normal novels or short stories will do. Also, stay away from negative people around you. If you think this person or this situation will not be good for you, stay away from it. People don’t get hang of things even when they’re old, you’re still young, don’t be hard on yourself. Love yourself, if you won’t then who else will? :)

I do say that i love myself the most i have to act like the strongest one but at night it sucks my anxiety goes out of my control i start getting panic attacks . I feel like nothing is right in my life and the fun fact is my life is normal but still i feel alone and lost . There is nothing to do it feels like I don’t have a reason to live or idk

It’s because at night you are alone and that’s when overthinking happens. Also we’re obsessed with our phones and we continue exploring stuff and if we come across one negative thing, we overthink about it. If not phone, we don’t sleep and our mind goes wayward. I took therapy for 3 years for my mental health issues and anxiety was one of them. My doctor told me I had to maintain a Sleep cycle - Sleep for fixed hours everyday. No coffee or tea after 7pm. No using phone after 10pm. Took me one and half year to follow but it did WONDERS. He told me the culprit is not us, but our routine. Moreover, at night time anxiety gets triggered the most because you can’t do anything to make yourself busy. It’s a train of thoughts which doesn’t want to stop at all. I get you. Like I mentioned, whatever step helps you please follow that. Panic attacks can make you faint if they don’t stop. Please take care

In a 3 year old relationship got cheated on , still decided to stay . Now he is facing some problems so we are not in continuous touch it’s just like we talk 5 minutes daily . Family life is quite fucked , not got love from family. Don’t have friends i had one but things fucked up . So basically I don’t have anyone in my life so i feel very lonely. Uske upr se i took admission in a completely new place like mumbai . Have anxiety disorder, quite serious but i am on medications. I guess it’s just that i am feeling alone and that is the main problem . I don’t have a reason like people have reasons for what they live , a goal or for their people . I don’t have anything.

hiii friend even i am 18 year old and i m suffering from same i couldnt sleeepp i have a fear a terror always inside me …my parents dont believe in all these mental issues i am trying but dont have any support i have been body shammed for a very long period…i feel like i m sleppy but coulnt sleep whenever i sleep …i wont advise u coz i m myself messed up but listen to slow songs…try making funny videos…dont be on phone …delete or put a loc on instgram youtube…if u have a laptop then delete them from ur phone and use only when something important…make sure you exercise …dont forget its very important and meditate a little…make sure to have 7 hr cycle u know i told my paremts i coulnt sleep they bought an ayurvedic medicine by which i can sleepp for 4-5 hr i know its just killing the symtom still i dont have any other other so i have to just go or control my feelings…i reallly really wish i could go for a proper treatment
