But how? She keeps sending me posts and also texts me and we were besties once , but all she does is criticise everything , is always saying bad things about everything and sometimes that triggers me . She is big ball of negerivity. I dont even feel good writing this but thats the truth. 

Try having a conversationw with her about this. Maybe she would be able to change herself.

She knows this and she takes pride in being a bitch and bully to others. I personally hate such people.

Then just leave there is no point in wasting time you only gonna get hurt more.

Thats the only thing I can do I know. But sometimes its just frustrating.
