Take your own time to grieve. Keep yourself surrounded by people to talk to. This can be virtual also. Take time off from work/studies if you are not able to concentrate. It’s ok to feel sad and let out all your emotions. Believe they are in a better place now. Eventually you will be able to accept the fact amd move on. Because you are strong. And you can do it.
