Give yourself sometime, learn some skills.
Then join Early stage startups. They are much much better than these. Also they pay well too.

Please do not read. Bas IIM ho jaaye. Will I be able to do it? Old IIMS? Are new IIMs worth it? How are the placements if anybody knows? Are they just 6-7 lakhs? Why such a hefty fees then? Maybe because of the lifestyle they provide. Regret.

Does it matters in what college you study or how to study is more important?!

So I am stuck in a dilemma and  unable to make a decision. I was unemployed for a long time and was confused about my career. I had been applying for a while and got into an aviation company ( one of the best) as a trainee. The package offered is decent for the role. I was also inclined towards analytics and had applied for a post graduate course in data analytics at the same time. Now I found a job and got  a seat at a good enough college for the course at the same time. I really want to pursue the course but that would mean leaving my job . The job has certain drawbacks as  there are rotational shifts (night inc), it requires me to travel to the office from home which takes around 2.5 hrs from one side . Growth in the org seems scarce. This course would give me a better placement at the end ( if I obv study well ). Whenever I think of leaving my job I get a feeling that I am running away  from working and I feel so negative about myself. I started going to the office a few days ago and it's super exhausting , I come back dead. I don't know what to do , what should I leave ?pls help! P.s - I am a girl.

I am doing bsc economics... just one semester left in this amid situation... it's though kinda stressful for me... i didn't have any idea what should be my next thing to do... I also want a job or just a way to independent by myself ....

If any1 could gimme good advice about the career!!!
