no wrong way, best thing is to not worry about it, start writing, or scribbling circles until stuff shows up. dont edit, doesnt matter and loses effectiveness. i heard once that meditation and journaling have the same destination as the goalβ¦ dunno if true, but good food for thought, the internet also has journal prompts if your extra blank, theyβre usually not my flavor tho
