How to deal with gym soreness. cant even straighten my arms or lift things up. Am I doing it wrong? Also where do get a good diet chart from? Feel like Iβm overeating π
Itβs okay to have muscle soreness just rest up a couple of days and try not to lift any heavy stuff as it could make it worst and you could find exellent diet charts at a free app like lose weight in 30 days it has both diet and exercise routines hope I helped.
