Hello!

First of all, well done on identifying how you feel. When anxious, step away from the study table as it will be overwhelming. What you are as below.
1. Make a to do list, with really simple tasks that don’t require much energy. Crossing those out off your list will put you in a better mood and space to learn.

2. Make a list of tasks, assignments and/or topics you need to cover. Do the tricky ones first, then when you start to find it hard, treat yourself to an easier task or topic.

3. Take breaks. Even if you complete the simplest task, celebrate!
