Observe yourself. Find the things which make you lose your temper. And then think if they worth making you feel angry or disturb you. As soon as you feel angry, pause. Take a deep breath and count till you feel relaxed. Focus on what makes you happy instead of focusing on what makes you sad. Take care.
Iβve always tried controlling my anger issues. But however much I try , when it comes to a situationβ¦I just lose everything, itβs like spontaneous
I can relate buddy. I had the same problem. I can feel you. Itβs really difficult to control such emotions. Just donβt feel guilty. Itβs not like you do it intentionally. You are a good person and I know you donβt like hurting others. But you should not hurt yourself either. If it helps then try to keep silence. Itβs not like stop speaking to the people. Just be silent whenever you think you are getting angry. Write your thoughts down instead of shouting them. Read as much as you can. Hope it would help you too. Try to do act of kindness Every week or as per your comfort. It can something as small as like drinking water every 30 minutes to anything big. It would make you. Feel happy. Take care. All the best.
Iβll surely try that but for me it happens spontaneously, so whenever I try and control,itβs just not possible for me π
