How to come out of feeling depressed?
I am really just existing tbh from years but now I have nothing to be busy with
somehow I completed my degree but I am nowhere better even without that stress and tho I have to work on me now but I really can’t make myself to do anything, not feeling good about anything. I am just drowing myself in a hole day by day. Any suggestions please??

First start thinking with clear and positive mood. Start doing some type of exercise and a little by little meditation, scientifically physical exercises also helps your mind to be in happy mood after a week so don’t look for physical results just after a start, it’s main concern is mental health.

Think of the choices u have or want to do in future and make sure atleast 60% matches with your liking or something which u love to do.

If u can’t choose wisely stand in mirror , talk to yourself and ask if it’s the last day of your life what would u do or want to try or in what u want to leave your impact if for some reason answers comes no for more than 5 days then u don’t want that as your job. (I can’t really explain this part but look up such similar topics on internet to guide u)

It’s so sad that you’re having such a hard time right now. Fortunately, even though the pain you’re suffering today feels unique to you, it actually isn’t-

“What has been is what will be,
And what has been done will be done again;
There is nothing new under the sun.” -Ecclesiastes 1:9

This means that if others in similar or even worse conditions found the help they needed to take control of their lives so can you. Question is, what are you willing to give up to become the very best version of yourself?
