How to be a friend of your feelings?
Feelings are good and bad
And you was look for good frnds nobody likes bad frnds
And most people kick out bad frnds so that’s why
Doesn’t make much sense to me
But it should
Sometimes the feelings aren’t about us but someone else that hurts
When you feel things, do not distract yourself at that time by listening to musics, playing games or watching movies! Avoid all the distraction just sit alone think about it, let it out, talk to yourself about it! You will be surprised to see you can be your own best friend & tackle any problem!

how can u be frnd with something that keeps changing. The best you can do is accept it the way it is be it good or bad.
Friends means having a positive relation with them…even if it’s changing.
Sometimes we just beat ourselves up for feeling in a certain way or distract ourselves cause the feeling is too intense to notice. I think if just start accepting/being friends with them. They can be a lot easier and better.
That’s what im saying… Accepting your feelings might be a better word for it.
