I guess first make some light moves like a hug, hand holding and so on. And see how she reacts to those and you can get an idea from her reaction if she wants more then when the timing is right or the mood is set you could ask for a kiss

She was my employee, now she has shifted to a new job at a different place but i actually like her & felt the same from her end but as i was her employer i kept everything professional but now as she had shifted to another company should i approach her? Also, i am not confident about if she was giving those signals(mostly eye contacts) because of my position. 

A girl said she likes me. We went on the trip and had a really good time. Just after coming back she says she is has a weird feeling and is not able to feel anything like that now. So my best friend and her boyfriend got in a really bad fight yesterday and he said all the possible mean stuff to her everything which would provoke her trauma and even slapped her, yesterday she decided to break up and never look back and today when I met her she is back with him?????? I mean it's her life I understand but dude wtf? I don't want to go and tell her to break up or anything because it ll sound wrong because both of them are my friends but I really don't want her to lower her self respect so much or go through that again. Her boyfriend always blames her and scolds her in front of others... I can't digest the fact she came back with him

Hi,

I'm about to turn 27 in precisely 6 days. My girlfriend of 6 months ghosted me about a month ago. I tried staying calm and tried to understand may be this has to do something with the lockdown and everyone's stressed but she doesn't want to talk to me or discuss literally anything.

Everytime I call or text that would make her upset and she would say.. 'it was all fine until I got your text now'. This would kill me.

Honestly, I was down for a month as hell overthinking every possible fixation to this problem that I have because we really had a nice time on a trip just before the lockdown started and we couldn't see eachother after that.

She used to be a very courageous and sensible woman and now I feel like I don't even know her.

We haven't spoken to eachother since a week now.. I don't know how am I leading my life with this. 

The thing is I miss her so much also I feel like I've lost her already.

These thoughts about her is painfully terrible.

Okay so after being rejected many times by the same girl , I still have feelings for her. To be honest i think about her a lot. I find it difficult for me to move on even after so much time has passed and I think I don't wanna move on from her and somehow I'm caught in this cycle of wanting to meet new people and see if life still can surprise me and the other thing being caught with her feelings. We are good friends but that's what she thinks of us and I just somehow hope she sees us in different light . I know it's just wishful thinking and I don't need to replies I just want somebody else to listen to what I'm saying. I have other important things to look after in life like focus on my professional career and all but it's just makes me so sad that I am not able to keep my personal relationship life separate from other aspects of it and work on them without being bothered . I just think I need to vent out myself properly because there's so much I have in my plate and I cannot make room for other stuff because of this.

it was a night when i came to her place because i missed her, and i asked her why she stopped texting and calling, she told me you’re the one who’s doing that, when heard this i couldnt ressist so started screaming telling her that im not the only one in this relation, so she told me that she want to breakup and i asked her why she did not answer and told me to leave.
Two weeks after we’ve met and asked her another time why did you break up with me and she started to say that she’s independent and that her choice, i just wanted to know why so i insisted then she told me, You’re not enough and not my type after 2 YEARS, i was shocked because this entire time i was in love with that person.
Now its been 6months my mental health is getting worse every single day, i have no one to talk or friends that can help, 6 months alone without a single word with others.
