How do you develop a new habit like waking up on time? How does one find the motivation or develop discipline?

Try it for a day or two, then keep telling yourself one more day. After a week your body will automatically develops that habit.

Uhm β¦for panic like β¦as i have only small amount left so doesnt affect much β¦n yeah itβs sleepy thou β¦n for that i just wash my face β¦n take a walk outside β¦or make tea which make u fresh ! N yeey β¦u can carry on with ur work !
have some goals do that in morning, try to wake up in morning. try to sleep early in night . donβt use mobile phone at night.
