Try it for a day or two, then keep telling yourself one more day. After a week your body will automatically develops that habit.

How do you fight the panic and grogginess?

Uhm …for panic like …as i have only small amount left so doesnt affect much …n yeah it’s sleepy thou …n for that i just wash my face …n take a walk outside …or make tea which make u fresh ! N yeey …u can carry on with ur work !

have some goals do that in morning, try to wake up in morning. try to sleep early in night . don’t use mobile phone at night.
