My coping mechanism is to shut down everything. Thinking, feeling… basically my whole body shuts down and all energy is gone. This signifies that my body and my mind had enough and I need rest. I think it really depends on the person, you just have to know your own self😔
I talk to myself, imagining an important person comforting me.
