You confront them . Of when they make plans you agree for it and never show up there. Coz either of the way their behaviours is wrong uk

When they plan a meet , first you agree with them. And then don’t go. If they ask why, you have a good reason
If I were a teenager, or my friends were a bunch of teenagers, it would seem like something you can do…
Unfortunately these are adults with kids

Perhaps you need to change your friend circle
A reason or two is not good enough to give up on friends…
