How do u explain how you feeling, whn u brain is running a 100 km/h sped and u are still quite and numb.
Not wanting to talk to anyone, not wanting to eat or drink just want to be in the quiet and stare at the blank white wall. But that is what I want to do, but in real u have to do a lot more, wear ur mask and head out for work and then come back with a smiling face at home so ur family thinks u are ok. Then whn u u hit the bed just so ur partner doesn’t see ur tears u turn around and pretend to sleep.But is this okay?
Is this feeling right?

What should be done?

What is happening with you is perfectly all right
You brain is trying to assess the situation, location, people, feelings all at one’s
And ok to not speak to anyone as you might hurt them
Try deep breathing and start writing major thoughts from your mind
Make 2 sections that I need to take care of now and need to take care later
And start writing
