How do i take a break from life and the confines of working for a know it all and demotivating boss and the so not helpful and snooty colleagues
Three jobs… finally got the work that makes me feel a little good but toxic environment
Physically and Mentally Tired!
Add to this personal ups and downs
Most environments will have toxic elements .
Such ppl always want to control thru superior knowledge ,contact with higher ups, charm and deceit.
they tend to get more assertive when one is very docile,submissive and show fear of losing livelyhood.
in such situations one must not be submissive,don’t keep on confronting & let your work speak, (but don’t be more loyal than the king and jump to do anything and everything ).
If he or she demeans in front of others ,just pass few comments that are relevant to the topic bang on & move on with a body language that you are not being bullied .
.trust me it will work .don’t play into the hands of others, who will sweet talk and get your views on bosses ,colleagues and use it against you .I call them office parasites.
pretent to be with them ,be cautious ,get to know what is happening around but don’t misuse the info .
even if you have tried it earlier and not get results -try again. It will help .being bold ,assertive ,humane is required to be happy.

Hi!
I can understand when everything just piles up from all ends and we just wish we get away from it. But, hey, reality check? We can’t rather deal with it but take some time off for ourselves. Coz why not man? We deserve that.
Let it go till the time your work hasn’t started and do whatever makes you happy/satisfied. May be possible to take 2-3 days off and just relax and chill. All this will change up the air and make you strive to work again with enthusiasm. 😀
