How do I stop myself from being always available for the opposite person…

I sometimes feels ki mai hamesa available rhti hu why that is not with the opposite person… when i need them they aren’t…

Bahut bura lagta hai ye… i want to stop myself from being always there n stop expecting them to be there mere liye as well…

Ye bahut baar lagta hai that i shouldn’t think of changing myself, but na har chize ka ek point hota hai… it’s like har baar mai hi kyu samjhu that i need them n there time…

Vo chize samne wala bhi toh samaj sakta hai na ki mujhe bhi unki jarurat hai…

And thank you for saying this that i m good towards ppl aajkal toh ye bhi sunne nai milta hai 🥲

Learn to say no, and not to feel guilty when you say no, have some boundries in any relationship, your niceness and being there for other people should not make you exhausted and spoil your mental peace, prioritize yourself…if you want to say no to a situation, say it politely…if they are people who care for you they will understand, if they dont then no need to worry about people like that…

It’s like i m mentally exhausted n emotionally weak… i want ppl around me( my own ppl)…

Lekin shyd kisi ko samaj nai aarha wat i need n coming to saying no is something always a problem for me… koshish karti hu fir bhi… but bahut baar aise hota ki i put ppl sub chiz ke aagae… kahi na kahi ye galat bhi hai har chiz mai… mujhe ye chiz samjh nai aarhi that why I m not able to focus on myself jaise i use to be…

I m not able to figure out whats wrong with me… wherein i am not interested in doing anything… the things I use to enjy i kinda stopped it for some reason…

Your looking for validation from the people around you and you are scared that they might not like you if you say no, stop that, know your selfworth, even if you loose some people it will be the people who do not care for you, because someone who really understands you wont leave if you say no to something, and i really believe you dont need many many people around you always, having that one or two people who really understand you is just enough…

Just ignore and be yourself for 21 days and it will become a habit and like wise you will expect less from others and you won’t get hurt or used, even though something like that happens you won’t be giving a damn about it.
