How do I not give a shit about others (and someone i am attached to)? Can’t say I’m a people pleaser but I constantly (CONSTANTLY) think about what others think of me.
Please give practical steps, I do not want want emotional advice. Thank u folks

Try telling no to very small things you dont want to do. It will give you confidence and increase the sizes of choices

It’s different for everyone and some things help others when they don’t help you. Whit that said from my experience, what helps me is finding new people to connect with and having a bigger and better support system to fill up the void of social anxiety.
This is a problem for me too, but i seen a quote that i now keep as the screen saver on my phone as a reminder: “people don’t need to like you & you don’t need to care” so now (as much as I can) i remind myself & others ‘i am a kind person, i have a good heart BUT I am not stupid’ i live by that now. You’ll never stop caring about others and you’ll probably feel guilty but as u say no more & more the guilt lessons. I try to remind myself that if someone is rude enough to ask an unreasonable favour then hey deserve an unreasonable (in their eyes) response
