Sis… that’s what going on with me but am happy to say I have improved a bit from your situation which was mine few months ago…
First of all try to mercy yourself try to forgive yourself…it’s completely okay that you can’t handle it…and you need not to force the change now and then …you know that you have a place in your heart for him…and that’s okay…and this may sound crazy but it helped me out…just say yourself that in the end you love yourself loud enough to make you ears hear …say I love you …your name…try to have some exercise it will exhaust your body and will make you sleeply try to love your surroundings people or create hobby…swing your body…
