Self Love

I think it's the first time I am answering honestly to the question "how am I feeling" cause I feel like shit to be honest. I have been wanting to break down every second of the day. I don't know what to do, it's been like this for a really time now , crying all night long. Not wanting to speak to anyone , having zero productivity throughout the day!!
Any suggestions?

Overthinking

I am preparing for my CAT exams, it's two months away 
I'm not able to give my 100 percent, I lack motivation sounds stupid but because of my hairline turning thin than it was I am usually not excited about things anymore the way I used to be 
I want to get a good percentile in CAT but I am not able to give my best shot
How do I keep my spirits up? 

Exhausted

So I am working on myself for almost a year after ending my serious seven-year relationship. I am overall doing okay, career-wise but my ex is doing superb and has started dating as well. 
I feel very bad, and inadequate in front of my ex today because I stalked him on LinkedIn and he blocked me. I have no intention of getting him back or even missing him is just my own experience I don't let it affect my life much. 

But I am not ok with the fact that he knows that I stalked him, I feel insulted and bad, and things have turned so awkward for us. 

I just feel that I do something good in my life and show him that I am ok without him. I feel like a loser. I was really the less successful one in our relationship. 

Is this all true or just in my head? I just hope someday the tables will turn and he will have a better perception of me than just unsuccessful ex.
