How can we help the feeling of pain when you know since the very beginning that your parents and siblings have abandoned you completely and they don’t care about you emotionally at all. I don’t feel safe like this , my home never felt like home and my family seems against my happiness. I’m struggling very badly with the pain of just knowing this , they can never be happy in my happiness and it’s doesn’t even count if I’m sad or in pain. It almost kills me everyday knowing that I’m not loved by them and also making me more and more anxious about the sad and painful future. How can I deal with this. I’m struggling very badly and I’m in my early 20s. I’m not able to process this pain and accept it and just move on. We live in a such a weak society where we don’t even connect emotionally with our own kids and I feel so sorry for being here and that I’m dealing with such a painful emotions.

I hope you tackle this feeling as you handled all the problems you had in your teenage years… I don’t have much advice to offer but stay strong and I hope your life changes to what you have always hoped for
U said ur parents r happy when u r happy so u need to create more happy moments to be together maybe they don’t want to see u sad n even when u r sad ur family is just giving u privacy to deal with it maturely

You can make friends here who can help you open up. I know you should not be vulnerable, but I feel having more friends who can empathise with you might be helpful
It won’t help much as it’s a very bad feeling to know that your parents don’t love you and you can’t fall back to them even when you’re at your worst.
