How can we control our emotions? I am sensing over emotional and sensitivity. Need to calm my self and control my emotions so that I can work off correctly.

when i feel emotional i cry it off without knowing to anyone later i will see the motivation speeches of sadguru . we can’t change things that happened we need to move on . To divert our thoughts from emotions keep yourself busy with work.
