There’s no shortcut for anything!! Needs a strong dedication!! Start working out/yoga daily with consistency and make a diet plan, you can search over net about diet plan!! I tried but my dedication was very less!! πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘πŸ˜‘

If you β€œquickly” lose it you will gain it back just as quick. It takes time and best fat lost is over time because you wont put it back on.

(1) Calorie deficit
(2) Walk everyday
(3) Weighlifting 3-4x a week
(4) Lots of water & protein
(5) Patience & consistency
