Do what makes you happy. For me, it’s football. If you don’t know, try new things. Write a book. Learn a new language. Go rock climbing. Once you find what you like, you’ll feel motivated to do more things. Hope this helps!

Are you depressed?
The way out of this is to make an intention. Intend to be happy and more effective than you are. Intend to get higher and freer so that you exercise your right of existence.
Take note of the hidden benefit you are getting from being unmotivated. It could be in the excuse which you use to cover up your secret fears. Thus, it’s fear which you have to address.
We as humans are adaptable and capable to the nth degree. When you say you aren’t motivated, it is a hidden way of saying - I can’t do it. You may have created an artificial difficulty based on your past fear. This creates cognitive dissonance and you feel that you can’t do what is required.
Most β€œI can’t” are really β€œI won’t”. So when presented with an unmotivating task, ask yourself: I can’t or I won’t?.

So what’s bothering you?
