Honestly I have no idea how to do this because m not at all good in sharing my feelings.I have always been the one who’ll keep their feelings bottled up to the breaking point…

Sometimes I think I can’t deal with the shit in my life anymore where I feel like there’s no one who could hear me. even though there are so much of people in my life who really loves me but I neva feel comfortable in sharing with them, sometimes it’s so hard…

I don’t cry often, I just cry sometimes, but when I do, I cry for everything and I hate that thing about me.I want to be stronger…

Everytime everyone tell me that am the most strongest person n all but I neva feel like am stronger!

I lost my brother,it’s been 7 years even though I was a kid back then but whenever I miss him too much it gets to hard to control my emotions…the only way i would let my emotions out sometime will be through writing or drawing sketches but nowadays I think even they aren’t helping me getting out of this emotional torture…

@ayna Crying is good. IMO, its the best way of letting out your sorrowful emotions.
Don’t try to escape it. You may choose to cry alone in isolation may be for an hour or two until you stop by yourself. And then just fall asleep. But you will definitely feel better when you wake up.
There is no parameter of how good or bad you are at sharing feelings. Everybody is different in that sense. So this is even another way of sharing feelings.
Another way is speaking out to your loved ones or to acquaintance even. Making love is yet another way.
So just chill. You are absolutely normal.
Its very normal to hold yourself for a while and then burst. And hopefully life will bring happiness soon to you so that you have happy emotions.

May your brother’s soul RIP.

@kusum

Hii
Sorry for your loss…
My heart goes out to you…
It isnot easy i know…
I will suggest u something
It has worked alot for me
Whenever you miss your bro pls try to sit peacefully with your eyes closed
Try talking to ur bro
Just feel that he is around
Just like you he too has grownup
Just try sharing all that you want with him
U may try writing letters to him…
N placing it before god
N utlimately tearing if you dnt want anyone else to read
This way you will feel light …

Dear some feelings or emotions can never be understood by anyone
We have to face n deal with it ourselves…
So pls stay strong…
All will be fine…
God bless you
Good luck…

As @guptaaditya24 said, crying helps us to cope with stress. Strong doesn’t mean we shouldn’t cry, it means after suffering, we try our best to stand again. We are hear to listen. So don’t bottle up you thoughts, share them :)
