Holding on … bcz if we hold something then it will always be in our mind and might be we loose control over our mind … which is not good.
You’re right. That person will always be in our mind if we keep on holding on. But how to let go without breaking the friendship and communication?
I think for me holding more bcos I can’t be fake & compromise around people if I don’t feel the same as earlier …just for sake of my profit I can’t forget the things .
