I am suffering from OCD about past 9 or 10 yearβs.
I am unable to handle to my intrusive thought. My mental health is decreasing day by day.i did not get enough sleep from past 4 months. Panic or anxiety attack hits me daily.
Currently I am suffering from existential OCD . A lot of thoughts comes in my mind.which have no importance but they are continuously comes In my mind . I am starting confusing in small small things of life. donβt know what is going In my life.if someone who is recovered from this type of OCD .pls help meππ£. I feel alone.

Hi love! Hope you are doing well⦠Here are a few things that might help
Get proper sleep, atleast 7 to 8 hours on a daily basis.
Ocd is usually exaggerated when we are stressed or worried about something, try to think positively and stop stressing about things that you have no control over.
Talk to someone, a therapist. This will help.

My headache is increasing day by day.
