Hii Everyone. Finally i decided to look after my mental health. Before this i was just trying on my own to better the situation but looks like its going out of hand.
Actually it all started when during the 2nd week of me, along with my brother and mother being covid positive. We had very mild symptoms but we took so much pressure on us seeing around the situation of shortage of oxygen. Since then it has been a downhill on my mental health. Its been over a month now. Physically we are all okay. But mentally iβm still struggling. I overthink too much of future going wrong which impacts and leads to racing heartbeat. Iβll be all good for 2-3 days and again the same thing happens. Iβm trying but i think i need help to overcome my fear of losing my family and of things becoming worse in future.
