So I’m going through some job related issue I have resign before completion of my bond and then company is ask me to serve 60 days notice period and to sign document where it said I can’t do job anywhere until after my bond completion and 60 notice period after that and agree with that but now they have created new issue that I have to sign document for atleast 4 month after bond completion for not working anywhere so anybody know it’s legal or not,should I hire lawyer for this.tehy accepted my resignation after two months of resign date and I’m service notice period for 60 days now,this is actually to much they are trying to wasting my 8 months
