Hi me and my ex study in the same college and are in same course as well. Well she broke up with me 2 years ago and depression, anxiety and suicidal thoughts took over my mind. My college reopened last week and I saw her after a long time and my anxiety triggered real hard and I started trembling and my breath got real heavy. Even if I look at her I start to feel anxious and want to kill myself for losing her. I still love her more than anything else. Please help me or I might end up killing myself.

hey, please don’t say that there are many people who love you just as much such as your parents.
now coming back to your issue, it may feel like that for now but it will pass.
you will meet someone who would love you just as much. and who knows even this girl might one day understand your feeling.
so be positive and don’t take any drastic step. just think as if all this is a part of life
and everyone has to go through all this.
and don’t loose hope . concentrate on your studies and make your parents proud.

It can be really hard to move on but it is essential. The anxious feeling that you talk about… its very common. Its extremely hard to deal with. Its so annoying that you dont even know why you feel anxious when you see that person but the thing is its not worth it. Just take two deep breaths and think about why you feel anxious. You didnt do anything wrong so why should you feel anxious?
Just try to keep your cool and there is nothing to be worried about. Just remind yourself that its not your fault that you lost her. If she left you then you would definitely find someone better. You didnt deserve what you are going through and you are going to find someone better for sure. Just try to remind yourself that you are strong enough to get through this. Escaping from this world is not going to help. She might move on and be happy. What you really have to do is to be a better person and live a happier life. Do what makes you happy. Prove that you can do well without her too. You dont need her. You are strong and you are better off without her. One day she would look back and regret losing you.

First accept that it’s not ur fault to lose her… Try to remain calm and check if u can attend classes online… Do whatever makes u happy… I understand ur pain but harming urself is not going to do any good to ur family and friends.
Make new friends … spend more time with them… try some new hobby … Remember nothing last forever… everything moves on… So just be happy and take care of urself.
