I’m new to this so I don’t really know how this works. So basically I have an eating disorder and I don’t know how to deal with it. I feel terrible because I know how bad it is, but every time I try to speak with someone about it I get so scared, and in the end, I don’t do it. I also feel really bad because I know that I’m not doing this only to myself, I’m affecting my parents. They are so worried about me cause they see how much weight I have lost, but every time I make sure to convince them that I’m fine. I’m not fine. I feel dead inside.
You should tell this to your parents and visit a doctor. I think that’ll be the best for you.
Other than that, don’t skip meals. Like do it for yourself. Eat light, but don’t skip it. Khane k liye mat jio, but jeena k liye toh khana h na?
