Go near nature
Talk to trees ,befriend animals,Feel the sunlight touching you ,Walk barefoot on grass,
Lie down on grass
feel the soft wind
Jump,run

Meditate everyday for 15min
Many videos are there on youtube
Just sit and listen to the video for 15min

Slowly you will find that you are happy for no reason ,then also you will be confused
as to why are you feeling so happy for no reason
