Hi,
I am follwing this page since 3 months where i like its content…so I am someone who has pass through my major anxiety phase during lockdown2020…i realized during lockdiwn my mind was stuck in one place & people around me were becoming loud & pointing on me…i felt overwhelmed for those 2 months where i became so sensitive with myself…i would cry everyday without any major reason & overthink on un wanted things…it would make me weak…i was going through self doubt on my carrier, health, my ability. People in my house would taunt me about doing something in life…but i was confused in my path. I would stress all day thinking about it & through8 started doing yoga & exercises & meditation.But still i wasnt feeling happy inside my body. Although physical activity helped me in fitness & i loosed 6 kgs…but the intrusive thoughts were continous with negative energy within me…i had viral fever which gave me thought of corona & i got scared…than i got anxious stomach pain whenever something happens or if someone shouts…it made me restless & sleepless which affected my mental health & physically symptoms more like with chest pain, throat pain and stomach pain… so i opted for therapist…& i found how to deal with it & whats actually happening in my body because of anxiety…i literally went to doctor for my symtoms but it didnt worked well…i did grounding techniques & guided meditation & daily journaling plays major part & affirmations. It helped me to stay happy again & than i did my carrier counselling which helped me to do new course…i have no stomach pain now it was for 2 months…now i dont have any anxiety symtoms as i have become productive. its been 4 months now from that dark phase. Now i have stopped taking sessions from 2021. Sharing my short story with you all…you will get healed, just have a faith on yourself & please dont give up.
