I am always a kind person looking forward to empathizing. Nowadays I feel more short-tempered and quite frustrated. Even though I can control my anger, sometimes the rage within me bursts out like a volcano.
I couldnβt control my rage, frustration, and anger one day and unconsciously threw a bag on my friend. I felt so bad after the whole scenario. Hopefully, my friend understood my sudden reaction and tried to solve the issue. Thankfully, I am so blessed to have a good friend. Yet I misbehaved.
can you guys please suggest how to control my anger and frustration? and help me to find more gratitude towards everything?
