hi, i am 19 years old, i am living in a island with my parents, my uni is in the city but because of the virus i stayed here this year. My problem is erotic, i never had a relationship because my parents didn’t want me to have, i was underage and they don’t like people to talk about out family, my family has a really good name here. However i am 19 i fell in love with a guy he is 23 and he wants to go out with me but i am afraid, my parents now they don’t have a problem for me to have someone but they don’t want the people to see me with him. I am feeling pressured i lost many chances with guys because of this. I don’t know what to do, i don’t like lying but i don’t want to talk with them about it because in 3 months i will go to the city. I don’t know what to do go out with him and hide it from my parents or tell him i don’t want to go out with him. I think i am too afraid for some reason and it makes me sad. What should i do?
probably you need to be more patient because 3 months later, you’ll leave the parents house. leave means you’re free to do what you love. so don’t be hesistate keep going! it’ll be nicer, if you slowly talk to your parents what you want. also, tell that guy about your parents personality and to be more patient
you are right, but you know i actually fell in love with a really good guy and i will say to him to keep it private it is difficult to date with someone in the place that your parents live too because they will have to meet him really soon and i may have to break up after with him if something is not going well. So yeah!! It is the first time that i like someone that much and i want to experience it
