I m jobless and recently my bf bursted on me as I m not working since pandemic and if I will not work his family won’t let us marry as they see no positive point in me…2-4 days back he bursted on me as his relatives and family is after him to get married…well my fault…I don’t blame him for everything…but our relationship suffered too and v r trying to make it beautiful and I m trying to get some job…I don’t understand why Indian families/ relatives take kids marriage so personally

What’s the relation between ur job and marriage??? Why is ur job a positive for guys family…
He is very well qualified and family wants an educated girl plus he lost his father 2 years back so mother and sibling wants that…plus he wants me to stand independent with my own identity

Well I see good side or may be I m not able to see…idk what is right but he is supportive and ready to help me to step back in job…to every female he is like work ladies stand on your feet and he feels same for me
I agree with your guy, but it should not come as a requirement. And on top of that his family making it as a primary requirement to accept is kinda fishy. I hope ur clear about this marriage and his family.
