Heyy ive been suffering frm a traumatic childhood incident and i dont how to cope with it. I have tried forgetting all abt it bt the moment i get emotional i get all these panic attacks and i start to relive all those memories like it happened yesterday. I dont know what to do

hey, i think you should talk it out. I’m not a doctor, but I think you’ve got ptsd, I know because I have it too. Try not to force the memories away too much, repressed memories come back stronger. Sorry if that’s not helpful!
