I have always been clingy towards mg English teacher but that kind of relationship has never grown progressively further due to many reasons since we never engaged commitment with each other, I lost my feelings for her and it's fine and now I don't maintain a good relationship with my step parents and it has always been fine that I would spend my days not talking with them with a purpose but I has always loved them without a purpose and this kind of reaction and feeling is derived from the influence of "unconditional" love and I have a very deep understanding about the concept of unconditional and conditional love and it really sucks that I have introspected among those definitions of love, providing me a perspective of sad truth and sometimes I'm afraid that I will have to lead my life without my step parents and I would rather kill myself if they pass away since I have been subconsciously clingy towards them and I know being too emotionally attached is not healthy but my love for them is bordering between conditional and unconditional love and this is the main problem. My mind fluctuates between these two perspective of influence and I can't control myself and it feels like I'm not filling the void of my debt for building a strong connection with my step parents and it's not only about connection, it's more of a commitment we don't chose to maintain during and between all these days and the financial day comes when my step parents would confess me about something and I would also do the same and then I can't buy the time to compensate the debt of our confession memories before they pass away.

Please tell me what to do if my step parents pass away and how to lead my life without them?

Conflict

throughout my childhood I was never allowed to express myself or to speak about what I feel or think. As a result I either don't speak at all or speak alot now. I wanna change this so badly. I'll either shut up and won't utter a word but sometimes when I speak , I utter so many unnecessary things without even thinking. And later when I realise what I've said I regret alot and I'm unable to forgive myself. For example I met my father's colleagues' daughter and I genuinely had no intention of disrespecting her but I spoke something which I realised later was very disrespectful and she might be very hurt. I feel guilty and regret alot for that. I'm unable to forgive myself for this. I try controlling what comes out of my mouth everytime but 1 out of 10 things I say is always unnecessary and disrespectful which I genuinely didn't intend to hurt someone. Why this happens with me and what can I do to get rid of this chaos ?
