My exams are few days away my mental health is drowning I don’t feel like talking to anyone except my boyfriend but he doesn’t care this is killing me from inside suffering from anxiety since long time and i have no one to talk to

2 ways to manage thoughts while studying
1.Take a piece of paper with you while studying,and write one word about your thoughts that are distracting you.Order yourself that you will be think about it after completing current study related work.
After some time doing this you will realize that thoughts came are of no use. And you will not think about them.
2.Manage all things not involved directly in studying .

I know it’s hard right now. It is so difficult to manage this chaos happening in the mind.
If you want to speak with someone. Then post it on this website. Let it out here
For concentrating on studies and keeping negative thoughts aside… you can try the β€œok” method… it’s like you are studying and some annoying kid is continuously trying to get your attention, you tell that kid β€œok” for everything it says.
Example:
Mind says β€œlast year so and so happened, that was such a bad phase”
You say β€œok”
Mind says β€œbut how could that person do this to you?”
You say β€œok”
Mind says β€œwhat could you have done in that moment? May be scream at that person”
You say β€œok”

By doing this for 2-3 minutes, you will find your mind going blank and then you can start focusing on studies by telling the mind, β€œI heard everything you had to say, now take in all this study that I am doing”

I try this myself and it helps every time
