Hey, was going through ig and found this…thought it can be a place where I can truly open up…

These days I just can’t sleep there is something going on with me and day or night it just keeps going on in my head…i try so hard to take it off my head but it won’t… I just wanna cry all day and shout and tell people how I feel but I just cant

hey man/girl, what you are feeling right now is natural… we may feel like this when we are supposed to be doing something but either we are too stressed about it that we cant proceed doing it or our bodies just wont be ready to do it… that time we may feel even insecure to say it out to people we feel close cause we are scared that people wont take us seriously… but what you feel is common… cry as much as you can but just for that one time… later get up look in that mirror broaden your shoulder and say “I have come this far in life, i have survived through the highs and lows… my best days are yet to come and i should live happily and healthy to live that day” say this smiling and at times speak to yourself… and watch the magic unfold

You know I really wanna be happy and healthy I’m trying when I tell myself that it’s going to be better soon and I should be happy and patient it feels like like I’m lying to my self… That’s the worst felling…i truly wanna believe in my self but patience is what I’m not improving at.

Patience don’t come easily, my technique might/might not help you but try once. Remember everything you have. Remember how many people love you. Then compare yourself with people who don’t have anything but still find peace of mind. The only difference between you and them is your focus. I am not say not to enjoy life. Enjoy your life to fullest. But remember not to compare, and most importantly treasure every single moment. Help people and take help from them
