Hey today is my first day on here and recently I’ve been struggling with…actually I’m not sure. When I wake up in the morning I feel fine. Then all of a sudden I get this heavy feeling throughout the day and I dont feel to eat, I feel disconnected and I’m overthinking way to much to the point where I practically bawl my eyes out! I feel like I dont know what to do and I dont know how to tell my friends! To be honest I tried to express myself to someone really close to me and they just told me that things get better and to not worry! To be very honest that was the worst thing I couldve heard that night! I know it was with good intentions but I have these amazing people supporting me but I don’t know why I feel a lack of support! Ironic isnt it!

Ik this happens we wnt to express our emotions to our person but at the same tym we can’t…

I think first of all you should change your intention of going to your friends. You cannot expect a quite solution from their side, what if they just don’t relate to what you are going through so all you can do is expect them to listen to you and trust me just saying honestly how to feel will make a difference. You may not get a solution but it definitely will make you a lot better.

I didnt really expect a solution I just expected to hear more than the words dont worry it will get better ! But I get your point of view and its definitely something I will take into consideration! Thank you
