Hey there!
I am suffering from PCOS and now due to pandemic I have gained a lot of weight.
I don’t wanna take any med and I am trying to do cardio but it is not showing much result . Insulin production in my body has reduced leading to more carb and sugar temptation.Any idea about how can I solve this issue at home?

Hey, I’m really sorry to hear that… I understand cardio takes time but with that I suggest you to work on your diet… If you do cardio and still eat which has lot of unnecessary stuff then it goes to zero… So my suggestion would be check on your diet and take the diet which will help you in the goals you have set for your body :)

Hey, I also have pcod. U should do yoga , it would really help you. And take care of your diet. don’t eat processed food and give up sugar. Instead of sugar u can eat jaggery , honey . Don’t put stress on your body by doing harsh exercise and have a good sleep of 8 hours. Yoga is the best . I have lost 5kgs in a month by doing yoga.
