Hey there I am new here. I just came across this platform yesterday on my instagram Reels.
Lately I have been feeling kind of overwhelmed and full of anxiety. It’s been affecting me physically and mentally. Eating in the morning has become a huge task because I wake up with anxiety and I feel sick to the stomach when I try to eat.
A little back story. I started working at an IT company last month and I feel like I am not good enough of a coder. Which has resulted in me feeling very low in self esteem and anxiousness. Just felt like I need to talk to somebody so here I am.
Why do you have to doubt yourself. That fact that you are working in an IT company shows that you have appropriate skills for the work. Believe in what you’re doing. And it’s just been a month since you’ve got this job, you’ll adapt to it eventually. Focus on learning more and applying your knowledge in the best possible way. Believe that you are good enough and it’ll be much simpler then.
