Just feeling tired from doing nothing 🥺 feeling nauseous, want some company, someone to talk to but no one and so it’s making me feel more low…just wanna do something but don’t have the energy or will plus the sun😣

I understand all this. Do one thing, take a bath if you haven’t. Watch something you like or on repeat. Will make your mind calm.

Then, after your mind settles down, think and process everything that makes you feel this and wants to achieve but isn’t.

Hey!

Sometimes it’s ok to suffer emotionally! feeling low especially when you’re sick is completely normal…
Go out in the evening or early in the spend some quality time with nature and your Family! If you think they wouldn’t understand you then just pick out a notebook and pour your heart out it’ll give you a great relief!! But before doing all of that, have a long, calm COLD SHOWER!! It’ll help you ease your pain!!

Start discovering yourself and tell yourself why It’s important to get the works done!! It’s not gonna help if you don’t make it Work Honey!!
