Hey, so I recently had a breakup a month ago. But she called me yesterday and said that she has found someone new… But how? I mean how can someone fall for someone else in just a month… How is that even possible?.. And I am devastated… I think its time for me to move on… But I don’t know how… I need someone to talk to… Maybe this app will help me…

In my opinion, because it is the weekend, go out and play sports; it will assist to change your thinking and thoughts.
I kinda find it weird that she’s calm you and tell you unless you two were still kinda friends but besides that sometimes it’s easier for others to feel something again with another person and I know it sucks because you are still left feeling devastated but like one of the recent replies find things you like to do and do them it’ll help and sit with the feeling as well. Sit with what you feel understand why you feel that way accept it and let go and just take deep breaths. That’s what I’ve taught myself and it honestly helps. Things take a longer time… more than others but you’ll feel better again. :)
The thing is females have lots of connections to get involved with, and the fact is she was not into you that’s why it took her mere time to find another casual relation. Her next partner will also be in pain soon, hopefully not
