Hey peeps…I’m doing better, just wanted to get some advice. Umm I kinda get anxious or overwhelmed every now n then whether things are going good or bad. My mind goes to the extremes with emotions. This kinda hampers my well being and efficiency cz it’s like being on a roller coaster with no brakes or no control now as much as we like roller coasters but we can’t live in that ride. I need to be calm and composed. Please don’t advice mediation, I do that it’s going ok ok.

take a break from socializing is good for your mental health since you’re tired from ppl but remember, take a break NOT staying away

Okay…been on a break for too long now. Just feels comfortable this way now. But I usually don’t feel lonely being alone I enjoy solitude and with soo much stress and everything happening really wanna keep it low cz one reason is that the friends I have (two) they kinda are partners so I become the third wheel and uk they never share abt their life for many years I have been doing that and that has really exhausted me cz friendship is a two way street right and I have been walking alone so now I have stopped that and it feels good I’m finally setting up boundaries so I’m fine with being alone honestly

It’s so sad that you’re having such a hard time right now. Fortunately, even though the pain you’re suffering today feels unique to you, it actually isn’t-

“What has been is what will be,
And what has been done will be done again;
There is nothing new under the sun.” -Ecclesiastes 1:9

This means that if others in similar or even worse conditions found the help they needed to take control of their lives so can you. Question is, what are you willing to give up to become the very best version of yourself?

So glad you found it so useful : ) It’s obvious you’ve been through a lot. Given that Psychology is Biology, it appears that you would really benefit from some intensive professional care to recover properly from everything you’ve suffered.
