Hey peeps iam feeling very anxious about my future I feeel like I wouldnβt survive the stress iam under going I feel really unhappy
Fear about the future is normal but too much stressing about is not.
U need to 1st make your Yourself like what you see yourself after 10 years
Your present is the build up of your past actions
So pure future will depend upon your present
So itβs important to make slight changes which will have a huge impact in the long term n never compare the growth with others because there will be always someone ahead of u n u will frustrated n jealous
But compare urself with ur past how u ever howβs your growth measure aur present self with past and see the changes n try create a clear plan for your future self
It must be very clear and create a path n follow it
Donβt make drastic changes
Take baby steps but ne consistent in what u do
