Hey, lately I feel pretty useless and I just wanna cry and never stop. I really dont know what to do and I’m probably just overreacting

It is not about overreacting
You are overthinking…
I really dnt know what makes u feel useless or develop such thoughts
But let me just remind you
You have done alot in life
Many good things
Infact today also you are doing
Because eachone of us each day does so many things
We play so many roles
Fulfill so many responsibilities
Hence none of us can ever be termed as useless
Yes we maynot be good at all we do
But certainly we are good at somethings in life.
So it is all about focusing
On ur strengths rather than weakness…
Focus on ur worth
Focus on things you are good at…
Donot burden
Or put excess pressure on self
Pls donot be harsh with urself
Taking stress or tension doesnot really help
It makes things worse…
See outcome is never in our hand
But giving the best shot is in our hand
Hence just relax
Put in your best effort
Take care of urself
Stay as strong as you are.
