i was really happy at first but now my parents wont allow me to go out coz of covid 
fine i get it but then why are they going to work huh

3am Thoughts

It's the days when everything comes flashing back and hurts you all over again that pain the most 

So if you aren't asleep by now. Lets have a conversation in comments 

I am a man with high sexual appetite and sometimes it causes a lot of trouble.
I remember once I was with my then gf and we were at it for over an hour and she had to tell me to stop (moreover it was our first time together). It was then that I realised that there is something very wrong.
I guess I am sex addict coz I need sex atleast 2-3 times a day or else I need to masturbate that many times.
But at this point in life I am with someone I really love but she can't completely satisfy me as I want it more and more and again and again.
It's gotten to a point that cheating on her comes to me like a casual thought and what's even worse is that I can't thinking about this childhood friend of hers whom I'd totally have an affair with. I have been controlling it ever since and never made a move on any other woman coz I live the person I am with and don't wanna hurt her.

So how do I control myself more effectively and prevent these thoughts to come to me in the first place!!???

I'm a guy and I had a breakup in 2019. It was a two year old relationship, we broke up because of my foolishness and the male ego. Long story short, we were sooo happy in our relationship but one day she got a letter from her college that she's selected to study abroad. She told me about this and she said she'll be going abroad for studying. I was happy for her but I was completely shattered from inside. The day came when she left, we both cried a lot and convinced each other that long distance will work. We did video calls, daily calls, there wasn't a single day without a call. But here the problem started, my anxiety started to hit when she use to upload photos with her male Friends from that country. I never had that feeling for her male friends in India but I started taking doubts on her, she even use to get drunk with them and here I was super scared. I use to tell her not get drunk, what if people will take advantage of you. I started yelling at her on calls, started fighting with her regularly. I use to irritate her. We fought for 4 months and the day came when we broke up over a call. It's a worst feeling to break-up over a call. Here my male ego kicked in, I abused her, I drunk called her, I blamed everything on her. But she just listened, she never retaliated against me. A few months later when I started traveling solo and started meditation, I realized my mistakes, I realized that I have done the worst thing and yet she listened everything. In our relationship it was me who was causing problems she was just enjoying her life and she knew her limits. I didn't trust her and that's why we broke up. To all the guys who are reading this, please never jump on a conclusion easily, never abuse a girl like I did, just give some time and talk to her. Communication is the key not fighting all the time. I just want to say thank you to that girl who made me realize how toxic I was, that relationship was good and made me mature. It wasn't made to last longer..
